We’re looking for a highly technical and business-minded individual to own, build and scale our Technical ISV Alliance Partner Program from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Build out and manage the technical relationships with our strategic ISV partners (e.g., dbt Labs, Databricks, Snowflake, Fivetran, Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc.)
- Deeply understand the product and technical strategy of our ISV partners and how to best integrate it with our platform
- Identify and build new product integrations that unlock new value for Hightouch customers
- Drive the execution of the full lifecycle of integration development by working with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to successfully deliver partner integrations
- Develop high-quality technical content (e.g., solution briefs, whitepapers, demos, reference architectures, workshops, etc.)
- Support the go-to-market and sales teams to enable effective selling and co-selling with our partners
- Help define and execute our overall ISV strategy
- Represent Hightouch at industry and partner events
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in a highly technical business development or solutions architecture role at a high-growth SaaS company
- Experience working with the modern data stack (e.g., cloud data warehouses, ETL tools, BI tools, data activation platforms, reverse ETL platforms)
- Comfortable diving deep into new technologies and understanding technical architectures and product roadmaps
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and/or other scripting languages
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally across different teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Solutions)
- Proven track record of building and managing successful technology partnerships
Bonus points:
- Experience with a major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with the Hightouch platform
- Experience working at a Series B or later stage startup
