Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll be managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo and close. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career at a leading Experience Management (XM) software company.
This role will be based remotely out of Canada or the US.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Effectively generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Legal) to move deals forward
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain up-to-date CRM records
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solution as the ideal fit

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying software sales experience, with at least 3 years in an Enterprise sales role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a complex sales environment
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise-level clients
  • Deep understanding of the Experience Management (XM) space or related areas (Voice of Customer, Market Research, CX, EX) is a strong asset
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client challenges
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools
