We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams to shape our pricing strategy and drive growth. You’ll bring strong analytical and modeling skills, a passion for understanding market dynamics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
What you’ll do:
- Own, develop, and improve sophisticated pricing models and analytical tools to inform pricing decisions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and willingness-to-pay studies, to evaluate pricing strategies and opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of price changes and strategy recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams to shape pricing strategy, packaging, and bundling initiatives.
- Analyze pricing performance, identify trends, and present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support new product pricing, including packaging, bundling, and promotional strategies.
- Create compelling pricing materials and tools to support sales and marketing teams.
- Stay informed of pricing best practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or strategy, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in building complex financial models and performing data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SaaS pricing models, subscription businesses, or enterprise software (preferred).
