About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring their success with the Webflow platform, and driving adoption, retention, and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers’ journey and contribute to the continued growth of Webflow.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of Webflow’s platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer success.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention, implementing effective solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business objectives and guiding them on best practices for leveraging Webflow.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, showcasing value and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Customer Success methodologies and processes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and influencing product roadmap.

About You

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of web development and design principles, with experience working with no-code/low-code platforms a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
