Job Description
As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll join a small, high-performing team and serve as a product leader driving some of the most critical aspects of our core product. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and requirements for large, ambiguous problem spaces within our product, working closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, researchers, and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for areas within the core product experience.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver innovative and impactful products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define and analyze key metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
- Experience leading product development for complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products and/or growth product management is a plus.
- Experience with file sync and share products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
