We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending appropriate cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the company and generate leads.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in client management, account executive, or sales roles within the IT services or cloud computing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
