Key Responsibilities:

* **Strategic Client Partnership:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Brand Managers, Marketing Directors, Sales Leaders) to understand their business objectives, challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
* **Campaign Strategy & Design:** Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, target audience insights, and market trends.
* **Performance Analysis & Optimization:** Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement.
* **Market & Competitive Intelligence:** Provide strategic recommendations on product positioning, messaging, and channel selection based on in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
* **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including data scientists, product managers, and sales, to deliver integrated solutions and support client success.
* **Thought Leadership:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications:

* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
* **Experience:** 5-7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or consulting, with a proven focus on campaign strategy and execution.
* **Industry Expertise:** Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycles, regulatory environments, market access dynamics, and healthcare ecosystems.
* **Data-Driven Approach:** Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and drive business growth.
* **Analytical Skills:** Expertise in campaign analytics, A/B testing, ROI measurement, and data interpretation to derive actionable insights.
