We’re building a new SaaS product for speech language pathologists (SLPs) and their patients, and we need a Sr. Product Manager to own our product strategy, roadmap, and execution. If you enjoy building things from the ground up, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our new SaaS product.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
- Translate user needs, market trends, and business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze data, and use insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring our product solves real problems for speech language pathologists (SLPs) and their patients.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Productboard) and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for building innovative products.
- Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare, especially with SLPs or other clinical professionals.
