- Job duties

- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering service projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
- Lead and manage a team of engineering service professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to understand project requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize engineering service processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to engineering service projects, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering services, incorporating relevant advancements into departmental strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and departmental achievements to senior management.
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and problem-solving within the engineering service group.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
