About the Role
As a Data Solutions Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling our business partners to make data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with various teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design and implement robust data solutions.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement data solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and dashboards, using a variety of tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data through thorough testing and validation.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing data solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data trends and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior data analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
