Our client, a global leader in decision management and predictive analytics, is seeking a Director, Partner Account Management (B2B Scores) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key member of the North America Sales organization, responsible for driving the overall sales bookings goals within the designated Partner and Direct Sales territory, ensuring partner satisfaction and maintaining executive-level relationships.
What You’ll Contribute
- Lead efforts to develop and maintain a pipeline of partner sales opportunities within the B2B Scores space, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Work closely with partners to develop joint business plans, identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, and strategic alignment, with a focus on maximizing partner revenue and achieving sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Negotiate and execute complex contracts, including reseller agreements and strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively sell and promote B2B Scores products and solutions.
- Monitor partner performance, tracking key metrics such as sales bookings, pipeline development, and market penetration, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the B2B Scores space, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, fostering strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and mutual success.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company, network with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.
- Work with leadership to define and implement strategies for accelerating our sales growth.
What We’re Seeking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in partner account management, sales, or business development roles, preferably within the B2B financial services or data analytics industry.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of B2B scores, credit risk management, or related financial products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
- Preferred: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
