The Health Quality Solutions Division Director provides executive-level leadership for all aspects of the Health Quality Solutions Division (HQS). This position works collaboratively with other directors to maximize staff, resources, and cross-division programming. The Health Quality Solutions Division Director serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and works directly with the CEO and COO to develop and implement long-range strategies for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Leads all aspects of the Health Quality Solutions (HQS) Division.
- Works with other directors to maximize staff, resources, and cross-division programming.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve division and organizational goals.
- Assures high-quality client deliverables that meet contract and corporate expectations.
- Develops new business strategies and supports the organization’s business development efforts.
- Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and works directly with the CEO and COO to develop and implement long-range strategies for the organization.
- Provides support and direct supervision to assigned staff.
- Develops annual budget for the HQS division and oversees compliance.
- Assures compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Represents the organization at local, regional, and national meetings.
- Supports positive culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in healthcare, public health, business, or related field.
- Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, public health, or related field.
- Five (5) years of leadership/management experience.
- Proven track record of successful program management and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must be an internal team member.
