The Global Real Estate (GRE) organization is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Americas Transaction Management (TM) team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to an experienced team of Transaction Managers located throughout the Americas region.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to an experienced team of Transaction Managers located throughout the Americas region.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transaction Management team in the Americas.
- Develop and implement strategies for real estate transactions to optimize portfolio performance and support business objectives.
- Manage complex real estate projects, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and renewals.
- Negotiate and review real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, business units) and external partners (e.g., brokers, landlords) to achieve successful outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate property values, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive records of all real estate transactions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets.
- Represent the company in various real estate forums and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 8 or more years’ related work experience.
- Typically 5 or more years’ experience leading a team.
- Experience in Real Estate transaction management.
- Experience negotiating and reviewing commercial real estate contracts.
- Experience managing complex real estate projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in real estate financial analysis.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (anticipated travel approximately 10%).
