Technical Sourcer – Research

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, specifically focusing on our Research organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier research talent globally, contributing directly to our groundbreaking work in AI.

You will:

  • Own and drive the full sourcing life cycle, including research, outreach, and engagement, for technical roles within our Research teams.
  • Partner with Recruiters and hiring teams to understand their hiring needs, team culture, and the nuances of various research areas.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier research talent globally.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by serving as a knowledgeable and engaging first point of contact.
  • Maintain data integrity and accurately track candidate pipelines, outreach activities, and recruiting metrics.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, including employer branding, DEI efforts, and process improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, or in a research-focused organization.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and attract passive technical talent with a strong emphasis on researchers.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex roles and the company’s mission effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for technology and an understanding of the AI/ML landscape.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Bonus points for experience sourcing for AI/ML Research roles, Machine Learning Engineers, or other highly specialized technical positions.
