Bloom is looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to join our Growth team! We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to develop and execute our affiliate marketing strategy, build strong relationships with partners, and drive significant customer acquisition and revenue growth.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier affiliates, influencers, content creators, and strategic partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to develop compelling offers, landing pages, and creatives for affiliate promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Track and report on key metrics, including revenue, conversions, ROI, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Proactively identify and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the program’s reach and impact.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a related role, preferably in the e-commerce or DTC space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs, driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with various affiliate models (CPA, CPL, RevShare) and attribution methods.
- Experience with affiliate networks/platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
