We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Delivery Lead to join our Music team and lead our external Music Partners through the delivery and integration of their content and products within the company’s ecosystem. The Delivery Leads sit at the intersection of business, tech, and product, and play a critical role in ensuring that we have a healthy and relevant content catalog available for our users. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our Music Partners, ensuring successful content delivery and integration, and driving the adoption of new products and features.
What you’ll do
- Lead the delivery and integration of content and products from external Music Partners into the platform, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Be the primary point of contact for external partners for all delivery-related questions, issues, and escalations, providing expert guidance and support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Licensing, Operations) internally to ensure partner deliveries are prioritized, executed efficiently, and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as an internal authority on Music Partner delivery and integration, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes, tools, and overall partner experience.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and workflows with external partners, providing training and support as needed.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on partner delivery performance and progress, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Be an advocate for our partners, and partner with internal teams to build a strategy and roadmap for new partner-facing delivery tools and features.
Who you are
- BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, project management, or technical account management roles within the media, entertainment, or technology industries, with a focus on content delivery and integration.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, managing complex projects and relationships with external partners.
- Strong understanding of content ingestion, metadata, and delivery workflows in the music industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
