About The Role
As a Senior SAP Analyst – BW/BI, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing SAP BW/BI solutions. This position requires a strong technical background in SAP BW/BI modules, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP BW/BI technical specifications.
Design, develop, and implement SAP BW/BI solutions, including data models, extractors, transformations, and reports.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, and other IT teams.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing SAP BW/BI solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BW/BI issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP BW/BI solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BW/BI technologies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP BW/BI development and implementation.
Strong experience with SAP BW/BI modules, including SAP BW 7.x, SAP BW on HANA, and SAP BO (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Design Studio).
Proficiency in ABAP programming for SAP BW/BI enhancements and exits.
Experience with data extraction from various SAP and non-SAP source systems.
Knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA integration with SAP BW/BI.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
SAP BW/BI certification is a plus.
