Our client is searching for a Technical Sourcer for their B2B applications team, focusing on identifying top talent in areas like ML Ops, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, and AI Infrastructure. This role is critical in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive approach to build robust talent pipelines and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of each role, the team’s impact, and the overall organizational structure.
- Strategize and execute sourcing plans that identify, engage, and attract top technical talent in areas like ML Ops, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, and AI Infrastructure.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, etc.) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess technical aptitude, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Maintain data integrity and accurately track all sourcing activities in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively and professionally throughout the sourcing process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical sourcing.
You might be a good fit if you have:
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally focused on B2B applications.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive technical candidates across various domains (ML Ops, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, AI Infrastructure).
- Expertise in utilizing a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean search, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- A passion for technology and a genuine curiosity about the latest advancements in AI/ML.
