A fast-growing, dynamic software company that develops the next generation of 3D, XR and immersive training software for government and enterprise. We enable our customers to create, deliver, manage and scale the most realistic immersive training experiences ever imagined, from any device, anywhere. We are looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing key federal system integrator accounts and civilian agencies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within assigned federal system integrators and civilian agencies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, program managers, and technical decision-makers.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and negotiate complex contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, engineering) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and government procurement processes.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the software solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success selling to federal system integrators and civilian agencies.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes (e.g., FAR, DFARS, GSA Schedules).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
- Experience with 3D, XR, or immersive technologies is a plus.
