Airtable Product Owner
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Airtable Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving the strategic development and continuous improvement of our internal Airtable solutions. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Airtable applications, aligning with organizational goals.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, designers, and subject matter experts throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage feedback loops to iterate on solutions.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings within an Agile framework.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Airtable solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Airtable adoption and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful software products, with at least 2 years of direct experience with Airtable (as a power user, developer, or administrator).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms is a plus.
