We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with new clients. What you’ll do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and align them with our solutions to demonstrate clear value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of the learning technology market and its competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate enterprise-level deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
