Visa is looking for a talented sales executive to join our North America Acceptance Solutions team. This role is responsible for driving the adoption and revenue growth of Visa’s acceptance solutions with key enterprise merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new acceptance solutions sales opportunities with key enterprise merchant partners by identifying their needs and demonstrating how Visa’s solutions can drive value for them and their customers.
Leverage existing relationships within the merchant community to build a strong pipeline and grow Visa share of wallet.
Drive thought leadership with merchants to accelerate and monetize Visa’s acceptance solutions.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize merchants that can generate the most value and align with Visa’s strategic priorities.
Collaborate with internal partners across product, marketing, legal, finance, and other sales teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our merchants and achieve Visa’s goals.
Develop compelling and innovative value propositions for merchants, including pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate and execute complex deals with merchants that drive significant revenue and market share for Visa.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and threats.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and results.
Represent Visa at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the payments industry, particularly in acceptance solutions.
Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant acquiring, payment processing, fraud, and data analytics.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel up to 25% within the USA.
