As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks. You will be responsible for a range of treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, and investment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in treasury or finance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily cash positioning, monitor bank accounts, and reconcile cash activity.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity and funding levels.
- Execute and record treasury transactions, including wires, ACH, and investments.
- Support the management of banking relationships and service providers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to cash management, investments, and foreign exchange.
- Support compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Participate in special projects related to treasury initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Provide support for external audits and financial reporting requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and financial markets.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
