Senior Deal Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Deal Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Deal Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales team and ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of complex deals.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to develop creative and compliant deal structures.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal cycle, including quoting, approvals, contract generation, and booking.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all deal-related documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of deal desk operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales teams on deal best practices and policies.
  • Analyze deal data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or finance role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models, revenue recognition, and contract law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
