Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the CEO’s right hand, anticipating their needs, managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks with precision and discretion. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a master of communication, adept at problem-solving, and committed to upholding confidentiality.

What you’ll do

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring information is readily accessible and secure.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and events as assigned by the CEO.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively bring solutions and suggestions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office management software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
