Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst to support strategy and planning efforts across the business. As a Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction and operational execution by providing analytical support, developing strategic frameworks, and fostering cross-functional alignment.

What you’ll do

  • Support the strategy and planning function, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and models to evaluate market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and business performance.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and targets.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and communications for executive leadership and board meetings.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic adjustments.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, finance, or a related analytical role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Grafana).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
