Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring their long-term success. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with our innovative patient experience solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the strategic direction and growth of a portfolio of accounts
  • Drive product adoption and expansion, maximizing client value and ROI
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure client success
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide regular business reviews and performance reports to clients
  • Represent us at industry events and conferences (when applicable)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our account management processes

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management within a SaaS environment, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record of driving client success, retention, and growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and account management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
