Principal Product Builder (Product Manager) – Rep Execution

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us build the next generation of our Rep Execution platform to delight our growing customer base. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features that empower sales reps to execute more effectively within their workflows and achieve their targets more efficiently.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Rep Execution platform, aligning with overall company goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify key pain points, opportunities, and emerging trends in sales execution.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment, ensuring a balanced approach to innovation, maintenance, and technical debt.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency and alignment.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform decisions.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of launching successful SaaS products, preferably in the B2B sales tech or CRM space.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, sales methodologies, and the day-to-day challenges faced by sales representatives.
  • Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change effectively.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • A “builder” mindset, passionate about creating impactful products that solve real problems for users.
