As a GTM Planning & Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, reporting, and analytical frameworks that drive efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment across all GTM teams.
What you’ll do:
- Work cross-functionally with Field Operations and other GTM teams to develop, implement, and maintain strategic planning processes, reporting, and cadences.
- Drive the operationalization of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall GTM strategy and execution plans.
- Develop and implement standardized reporting and dashboards to track GTM performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support the annual and quarterly planning cycles, including target setting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and availability for GTM planning and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of GTM operations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related analytical roles, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Sisense), and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of GTM strategies, sales processes, and business operations.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with the SaaS business model and subscription-based revenue.
- Experience working in a remote-first company is a plus.
