Senior Sales Operations Manager – Analytics & Intelligence

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager, Analytics & Intelligence to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our sales processes, enhance sales team productivity, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust sales analytics frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights into sales performance.
  • Design and maintain sales dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for sales leadership and teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage and optimize sales technology stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms), ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
  • Support sales forecasting and planning activities by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within sales operations to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on sales tools, processes, and data insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in sales operations and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or a similar data-intensive role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
