Client Manager

The Client Manager (CM) plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing strong relationships with our valued enterprise clients. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, driving platform adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding our clients’ needs and connecting them with the right Modern Health solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, challenges, and concerns, escalating issues internally when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive platform adoption and utilization by educating clients on new features, best practices, and the full value of Modern Health’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Clinical) to deliver comprehensive solutions and a seamless client experience.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand Modern Health’s footprint.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity within our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of client success strategies and processes.

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and achieving retention/growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to client management.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • A passion for mental health and wellbeing is a plus!
