Senior Technical Recruiter – Engineering

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top engineering talent.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers and lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the competitive landscape, understand our compensation philosophy, and maintain a pulse on the candidate market.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of candidates and requisitions while prioritizing and delivering results.
  • Advise hiring managers on effective and inclusive interviewing practices.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer.
  • Act as a company ambassador, sharing our mission and culture with potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our ATS, Greenhouse.

What you have

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on Engineering roles.
  • Experience with a high volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and closing top technical talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience advising hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and recruiting best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
