We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top engineering talent.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers and lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Become a subject matter expert in the competitive landscape, understand our compensation philosophy, and maintain a pulse on the candidate market.
- Effectively manage a high volume of candidates and requisitions while prioritizing and delivering results.
- Advise hiring managers on effective and inclusive interviewing practices.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer.
- Act as a company ambassador, sharing our mission and culture with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our ATS, Greenhouse.
What you have
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on Engineering roles.
- Experience with a high volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and closing top technical talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience advising hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and recruiting best practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
