Regional Marketing Manager

As a Regional Marketing Manager for the USA West region, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive field marketing programs that drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand awareness. You will work closely with the regional sales team to understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into targeted marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration skills to achieve measurable results.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and sales priorities for the USA West region.
  • Drive demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and account-based experience (ABX) strategies to generate and accelerate pipeline within the USA West region.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with regional sales leadership, providing regular updates on marketing performance and opportunities.
  • Align with SDR/BDR teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrating ROI.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and campaigns.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all regional marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously innovate and optimize regional strategies.
  • Oversee regional events, conferences, and sponsorships, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in software/SaaS, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline creation, and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and report on marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and corporate marketing.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-30% within the USA West region.
