About the Role
We are seeking an Agentic AI Automation Lead/Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and implementation of sophisticated AI-driven automation solutions across our operations. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical prowess in AI (especially agentic AI systems), deep understanding of business processes, and strong leadership skills to manage a team of AI automation specialists. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in transforming our operational efficiency, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and fostering innovation through the strategic application of AI.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI automation initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems and other advanced automation solutions to optimize various business functions (e.g., customer service, marketing, operations).
- Manage and mentor a team of AI automation specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify automation opportunities and define clear success metrics.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI automation projects, from conception and pilot to full-scale deployment and post-implementation monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools and approaches.
- Establish best practices for AI development, data governance, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI tools and platforms as needed.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role focused on AI automation or agentic AI systems.
- Deep expertise in designing, building, and deploying complex AI solutions, particularly those involving agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or autonomous decision-making.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of various AI techniques (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning) and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into technical AI solutions and drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
