We are looking for a talented and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a critical role responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing our marketing automation platform, and analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of demand generation best practices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth, aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, paid media, and events.
  • Build and maintain lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Manage our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) to optimize lead flow and data accuracy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation.

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the security or IT space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with various demand generation channels, including email, webinars, content syndication, paid media, and events.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
