Associate Account Director – Life Sciences

As an Associate Account Director, you will be a strategic leader and problem solver, cultivating and growing relationships with our current clients in the life sciences industry, and responsible for maximizing the value we deliver. You will be accountable for meeting or exceeding goals, owning the account strategy and development, identifying opportunities, and managing the overall financial health of your accounts. You’ll become an expert on your client’s business, collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to proactively and strategically provide solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with current clients in the life sciences industry
  • Meet and exceed goals, owning the account strategy and development and managing the overall financial health of your accounts
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to proactively and strategically provide solutions to client challenges
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews, demonstrating the organization’s value
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the organization’s products and services, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the organization’s footprint within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on new business opportunities
  • Work closely with project management to ensure successful project execution

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5+ years of account management experience in the life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving account growth
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the life sciences landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
