WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Developing and maintaining core rendering systems and features.
- Working closely with artists and other engineers to implement new rendering techniques and tools.
- Optimizing rendering performance across various platforms.
- Troubleshooting and debugging rendering issues.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest rendering technologies and trends.
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has 7+ years of professional experience in rendering engineering, preferably in the games industry.
- Has proven experience with modern rendering APIs (DirectX 12, Vulkan, or similar).
- Has a strong understanding of 3D graphics principles, rendering pipelines, and algorithms.
- Has extensive experience with C++ and low-level programming.
- Has experience with GPU performance optimization and debugging tools.
- Has experience with various rendering techniques (e.g., deferred rendering, global illumination, physically based rendering).
- Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Unreal Engine or similar commercial game engines.
- Familiarity with console development (PlayStation, Xbox).
- Experience with shader development (HLSL, GLSL).
- A portfolio demonstrating your rendering work.
