Senior Rendering Engineer

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Developing and maintaining core rendering systems and features.
  • Working closely with artists and other engineers to implement new rendering techniques and tools.
  • Optimizing rendering performance across various platforms.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging rendering issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest rendering technologies and trends.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has 7+ years of professional experience in rendering engineering, preferably in the games industry.
  • Has proven experience with modern rendering APIs (DirectX 12, Vulkan, or similar).
  • Has a strong understanding of 3D graphics principles, rendering pipelines, and algorithms.
  • Has extensive experience with C++ and low-level programming.
  • Has experience with GPU performance optimization and debugging tools.
  • Has experience with various rendering techniques (e.g., deferred rendering, global illumination, physically based rendering).
  • Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine or similar commercial game engines.
  • Familiarity with console development (PlayStation, Xbox).
  • Experience with shader development (HLSL, GLSL).
  • A portfolio demonstrating your rendering work.
