Scopely is seeking a LiveOps Specialist to join the Monopoly GO! team! As a LiveOps Specialist on Monopoly GO!, you will be responsible for creating, configuring, and maintaining the in-game event schedule, offers, and content delivery for a leading mobile game.
Monopoly GO! is Scopely’s biggest ever launch, building on the IP for one of the world’s most popular board games to deliver an incredible social mobile game experience. The LiveOps team is central to the game’s success, creating engaging experiences for our players globally, and helping drive critical KPIs.
You’ll be a key player on the LiveOps team, collaborating closely with other LiveOps Specialists to continuously optimize our LiveOps Strategy. You will report to the LiveOps Lead.
What you’ll do
- Create, configure, test and deploy daily in-game events, offers and content that engage and retain players.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Game Designers, and Data Analysts to execute LiveOps strategies that align with game goals and player expectations.
- Monitor game performance metrics and player feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in LiveOps campaigns.
- Maintain the LiveOps calendar, ensuring all events and offers are scheduled and executed accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LiveOps-related issues promptly to minimize impact on player experience.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of LiveOps operations.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Be a key player on the LiveOps team, collaborating closely with other LiveOps Specialists to continuously optimize our LiveOps Strategy.
What you’ll need
- 2+ years of experience in Live Operations, with a focus on mobile games.
- Strong understanding of mobile game monetization, player psychology, and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and LiveOps tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
- Experience working on a live game is a plus.
