What You Will Do:
- Lead business development for Strategic Growth and Transformation solutions including pipeline development, opportunity development, proposal writing and oral presentation in support of achieving revenue targets
- Drive thought leadership and innovation including research, IP development, market positioning, external publication, and internal capability development
- Lead project delivery teams including client management, scope management, and internal team management
- Manage a consulting team in support of strategic growth and transformation initiatives within payer, provider, and public health settings
- Develop relationships with senior leaders (e.g., C-Suite, SVP/VP, etc.) through networking events, industry conferences, and introductory meetings
- Support the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy through participation in internal initiatives and committees
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with 3+ years in a client facing consulting role for a healthcare strategy firm focused on payer/provider solutions
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development selling consulting solutions
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading consulting project teams focused on strategy and transformation
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare landscape (payer, provider, public health) and emerging trends
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
What We Would Love For You To Have:
- Experience leading strategy engagements for payer/provider clients focused on value-based care, digital transformation, and/or strategic partnerships
- Experience with financial modeling and business case development
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team member in a client-facing environment
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field from an accredited college or university
