About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications, from conceptualization to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions that delight our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and technical constraints.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful product launches.
- Expertise in mobile app design (iOS/Android), with a deep understanding of platform guidelines and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ticketing, events, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
