About the Role
The company is looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining innovative web applications that enhance government services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the lives of millions of citizens.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire software stack.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and related frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working on government contracts.
- Experience with GraphQL.
