About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product team and help shape the future of identity and access management (IAM). You’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences for users, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
- Translate complex user problems and business requirements into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with product goals.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our design process.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex SaaS products.
- Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user research methodologies.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience designing for enterprise software or identity and access management (IAM) products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for creating user-centered designs and a deep understanding of user psychology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
