A Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer is sought to join our ML Platform team. Our team is responsible for building and scaling core machine learning infrastructure, empowering product teams to leverage ML effectively. As a Senior Staff ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge ML solutions that impact millions of users.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and development of core machine learning infrastructure.
- Build and maintain scalable and reliable ML platforms and services.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand their ML needs and provide solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and recommend new technologies.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the ML Platform team.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka).
- Expertise in building and deploying ML models in production.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
