About the job
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Financial Crimes team and help us build products that protect the company and our customers from financial crime. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and our Financial Crimes and Legal Operations teams to identify and solve complex problems in areas like transaction monitoring, sanctions, fraud, and AML.
The Team
Our Financial Crimes team is comprised of Operations, Legal, and Product team members who focus on protecting the company and our customers from fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.
What you’ll do
- Build new features and improve existing ones that empower our operations teams to fight financial crime.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and financial crimes operations to scope, build, and launch new features.
- Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, to requirements definition, to delivery, to adoption, and iteration.
- Understand customer needs through user research, data analysis, and close collaboration with our operations teams.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products.
- Be a player-coach within the product organization, guiding and mentoring more junior PMs.
- Synthesize complex regulatory requirements into clear product solutions.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience building and launching products as a Product Manager.
- Experience working on products that fight financial crime.
- A deep understanding of the financial crime landscape (e.g., AML, fraud, sanctions, KYC).
- Experience working closely with operations teams and internal tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- A track record of shipping successful products that deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with a fintech company.
- Familiarity with SQL.
