Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and procedures for international programs.
- Oversee and manage the planning, development, and implementation of international projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Secure funding and manage budgets for international programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers and staff.
- Prepare and present reports on program progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Travel internationally as required to oversee projects and meet with partners.

- Experience in international development or foreign affairs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of international funding mechanisms and donor relations.
- Proven track record of successful program implementation.
