Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Digital Senior Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including search, social, programmatic, and display advertising, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive paid digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure maximum ROI and efficient spend.
- Create compelling ad copy, landing page content, and visual assets in collaboration with the creative team.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign elements (ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid digital marketing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product marketing, content, sales, and analytics, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in paid digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns with significant budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and/or other relevant platform certifications are a plus.
