We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help lead and define the future of the Mobile App Platform team within our Mobile organization. You will be instrumental in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our mobile app platform, ensuring our mobile apps are performant, reliable, and delightful to use. Your work will directly impact millions of users globally, helping them manage critical incidents effectively on the go.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Mobile App Platform, ensuring alignment with overall product and company goals.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that power our Mobile Applications.
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, specification writing, and feature rollout.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve the platform.
Communicate product updates, roadmap, and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
Evangelize the Mobile App Platform internally and externally, fostering adoption and understanding of its capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile platforms, SDKs, or developer tools.
Proven track record of defining and launching successful mobile platform products.
Deep understanding of mobile app development ecosystems (iOS/Android) and platform-level challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with incident management or on-call rotation products.
Experience working in a global, distributed team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
