We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer to help us advance our mission to build a better internet for all. In this role, you will lead the design of complex features across our product lines, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

What you’ll do
- Lead the design of new features and products from conception to launch, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and other design activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
What you bring
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience guiding and inspiring design teams.
- A passion for open-source and mission to build a better internet.
