We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our New Products organization. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of new products and fostering innovation from conception to launch.
What you’ll do:
- Lead complex design projects from end-to-end, spanning initial discovery, concept development, detailed design, and implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other cross-functional partners to define product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the needs of our users throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across products.
- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the broader design community within and outside of the company through sharing knowledge, insights, and thought leadership.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience designing and shipping successful products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your product design expertise, strategic thinking, and impact.
- Proven track record of leading complex design initiatives, working effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and delivering high-quality results.
- Deep expertise in user research methodologies, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver impactful solutions.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Experience working on products from conception to launch, preferably in a startup or growth-stage environment.
- Experience designing for a diverse set of users, ideally across different platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
