Managing Consultant, Life Sciences Technology Consulting – Commercial

We are seeking a Managing Consultant for our Life Sciences Technology Consulting practice, focusing on commercial strategies. This role involves leading technology consulting engagements for life sciences clients, driving commercial innovation, and delivering strategic solutions.

Your Impact / Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex technology consulting engagements for life sciences clients, with a focus on commercial functions (e.g., sales, marketing, market access).
  • Design and implement innovative technology solutions that address client business challenges and improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on digital transformation, commercial analytics, CRM, and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and practice development within the Life Sciences Technology Consulting group.
  • Mentor and develop junior consulting staff.

Qualifications / What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Life Sciences). Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in life sciences technology consulting or a relevant commercial role within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven experience leading projects focused on commercial technology solutions (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, commercial data platforms, analytics).
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences commercial landscape, including sales, marketing, and market access processes.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor project teams.
  • Ability to travel as required.
